Aramide Awosanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Bayero University, Kano, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho. Complementing her formal education, she is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA), an Honorary Senior Member (HCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, reflecting her unwavering commitment to professional development, thought leadership, and the highest standards of banking excellence.

Aramide began her banking career at Habib Nig Bank, where her exceptional dedication and client-focused service earned her recognition as Best Customer Service Staff. She then spent a decade at GTBank, rising through the ranks and gaining extensive exposure to operations, relationship management, and middle management leadership. These early experiences built the foundation for her reputation as a disciplined, results-driven professional.

Her career expanded through leadership roles at Wema Bank, UBA, and Access Bank, where she honed her expertise in corporate and commercial banking, affluent client management, and team development. In 2015, she became Divisional Head, Affluent Professionals at Access Bank, leading a team in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and reinforcing her status as a trusted leader in client relations and business growth.

Aramide further distinguished herself as Group Head, Corporate and Commercial Banking at NOVA Merchant Bank Limited (now Nova Bank Limited), where she developed and implemented strategies that enhanced corporate client engagement, optimized revenue streams, and strengthened institutional performance. Her strategic acumen and operational insight consistently drove measurable results.

Currently, she serves as Divisional Head, Business Development, Lagos and Port Harcourt at Lotus Bank Limited, a leading non-interest bank. In this role, she crafts innovative business strategies, fosters strong client relationships, and drives revenue growth, combining financial expertise with strategic vision to ensure sustainable institutional success.

Beyond her professional achievements, Aramide is a passionate mentor and coach, dedicating time to developing emerging leaders and nurturing young professionals. An indigene of Lagos State, she balances her career with family life, being happily married with two adult children.
