Meet 11-Year-Old Ghanaian Born Bestselling Author Nicholas Buamah Whose Talent Is About To Hit Screens With New Sitcom – ‘Nick’s House’

United States-born Nicholas Buamah, is an Amazon and Barnes & Noble best-selling author. At age 7, he published his first book and became a bestselling author, many thanks to his “ Kayla & Kyle: The Walking Dictionaries: Election Day, which is now catalogued in the Library of Congress.

Now he’s taking his writing prowess further to the screens! Nicholas is set to bring his new comedy sitcom – ‘Nick’s House’ to television. Teaming up with Award-winning TV veterans, like LaMont Ferrell and Reshaun Jones, he can now proudly add show creator to his already impressive resume.

Directed and co-written by award-winning Hollywood producer Ferrel, known for “Girlfriend’s,” “Moesha,” “The Office” and “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne”, “Nick’s House” is centered around Nicholas and his two friends, Janae Madison, and Cavanaugh Bell as they run a successful consulting firm assisting other young moguls out of Nicholas’s parents’ home. Nick’s House is set to debut in 2022.

Buamah became a bestselling author on Amazon as a result of his piece written from a school assignment.

Born in Atlanta, GA, to a Ghanaian father and an African American mother, at such a young age he has found his calling and is spreading his wings and flying high, amassing awe-inspiring literary accomplishments.

Buamah’s obsession with books started at age 3 and his mother who was quick to discover his love has been instrumental in his success, as she encouraged him to develop his vocabulary. An idea which eventually ignited the concept of Buamah’s book, she said:

“I developed the character of Kayla when Nicholas was younger to help teach him expand vocabulary. After [he was] praised by his first-grade teacher for using the word ‘collaborate’ during his first week of school, I asked Nicholas what he thought about writing a book to help his friends expand their vocabularies. He thought it was a great idea, as long as one of the main characters could be a male figure, and that’s when he created Kyle.”

Apart from his love for vocabulary, the youngster has also found his love for music and is one of the youngest Recording Artists and Executive Music Producers registered with BMI, he launched his musical debut, with his “On the Clock”.

Nicholas Buamah, 11, at age 10 published two books. Amongst his works are Kayla & Kyle The Walking Dictionaries: Election Day (Vol. 1), Is Santa Really Real?

To spread his love for writing and to encourage and inspire young minds like himself, he founded the nonprofit group Books Without Borders, Inc. which helps supply underprivileged communities with books and school supplies.

Nicholas who enjoys activities such as basketball, golf, and playing chess aims in the future to study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to become a mechanical engineer.

As part of his literary accolades, Nicholas Buamah was honored with a proclamation from the Mayor and city council of Snellville, and honored by the Ghanaian Embassy in Washington, DC. Apart from rubbing shoulders with influential personalities in the political world, he has also met celebrities such as Steve Harvey, Whoopi Goldberg and more.
