Lola Ogunnaike is an American entertainment journalist who has written many publications. Formerly an entertainment writer for The New York Times, Ogunnaike now works as a freelance media reporter and is the anchor of Couch Surfing, a People Productions celebrity interview web series.
She reported breaking news about celebrities and the entertainment industry. Ogunnaike has been a guest on NBC’s Today, CNN, MSNBC, MTV, and VH1. She was one of Ebony magazine’s “150 Most Influential Blacks in America” in May 2007. She is presently the host of Arise Entertainment 36.
Her writing has also appeared in Rolling Stone, New York, Glamour, Details, Nylon, and The New York Observer.
She is married to Deen Solebo and the marriage is blessed with a child.
