As a member of the Association of Business Executives UK and the Institute of Leadership and Management UK, Ayotola has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and creating sustainable solutions for vulnerable populations.
With a deep sense of purpose and a relentless drive to make a difference, Ayotola’s role as the Chief Operating Officer of the Mariam Mustapha Aminu Waziri Tambuwal Legacy Initiative and her position as the Personal Assistant to the First Lady of Sokoto State highlight her commitment to service and community development. Through these roles, Ayotola has been instrumental in implementing various projects aimed at empowering youth and vulnerable populations.
One of Ayotola’s notable initiatives is the Sustainable Solutions for Youth and the Vulnerable Initiative, a non-profit organization committed to the cause of youth and vulnerable populations. Through this initiative, Ayotola has spearheaded projects such as the “Pad Up our Girls” campaign, which distributes reusable and non-reusable sanitary pads and other menstrual hygiene products to females of underserved populations in Nigeria.
In addition to her work with the initiative, Ayotola has also been actively involved in other impactful projects. She is the founder of the Children’s Book Series, which creates books on personal and social development for children. She has also been involved in the “Orange Diary Project,” a writing journal for victims of Gender-Based Violence in Nigeria, and the “Back to School Project,” which distributes school writing materials to indigent students in Nigeria.
Ayotola’s commitment to community development has not gone unnoticed. She has received several honors and awards, including the Award of Leadership as the First Female Sustainable Development Goals Community Development Service Governor during her National Youth Service in FCT, Abuja. She has also been commended by the FCT Council of Chiefs and the Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps for her selfless service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
