With a strong background in brands and sales management with a trained background in process engineering, plant management and chemical engineering operations, passionate about beauty, Aretha Yorke Sabeng aims to drive consumer engagement, promote communities and enhance the beauty industry by making it accessible in Africa.
Through passion, dedication and hardwork this boss lady has scaled through ranks in the corporate world taking L’Oreal to even greater heights. She was Former Business Manager for Makeup at L’Oréal West Africa but this year March was appointed DMI Digital Marketing Manager ( Sub-Saharan Africa) at L’Oreal.
She also serves as Sales and Marketing Manager for the brand. (Jan. 2015- Present)
She launched her career as Brand Manager at PZ Cussons in 2009 before moving over a year later to RDFC Africa Ltd and then Ghandour Cosmetics Ltd.
Well schooled, she holds several degrees from prestigious institutions such as:
A BSc in Chemical Engineering from Kwame NKrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
A1, B1, LA Langue Francaise
University of Ghana Business School where she bagged an EMBA, Marketing, as well as other Certifications.

I am going to experience ways that beauty business is executed across borders, with a long term goal of making beauty accessible in Africa.
