Ojukwu who is rounding up her ambassadorial duties in the European country, started the programme last year as a full time student of international relations.
She was joined by her family members including her daughter, fellow ambassadors and members of the Nigerian Community in Spain.
The graduation ceremony which tool place at the grand coliseum of the main campus of the university at Villanueva saw several Nigerian embassy officials in Spain in attendance.
