Tola Onigbanjo, better known as WiseTola, is a British-born Nigerian entrepreneur, mentor, author, and radio host. Tola’s passion for music has made her a sought-after figure in the African entertainment business for more than a decade.
She was instrumental in getting several artists signed to record labels. She is dedicated to assisting young people and women in realizing their aspirations, as she has.
While growing up in some of the most destitute districts in inner London, Brixton, and Camberwell, Tola has made an impact on young people by helping them avoid crime. A large number of her former students return the favor by becoming mentors themselves, earning the title of “the grandmother of mentorship” for Tola.
Tola’s motto is “do the right thing,” and he lives by it. By writing the book ‘STEPS’ about stepparenting in 2007, she furthered her focus on the topic of stepparenting. As a famous African female celebrity, Tola demonstrates the quality of African culture in parenting and the community.
The greatest meeting of African women in Europe is termed “Women4Africa,” which Tola co-founded. To honor the greatest of African women, Women4Africa was formed.
Additionally, Tola is the founder of The Solid Woman, a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting and inspiring women. The Listeners101, a non-profit organization founded by Tola, provides a safe environment for young people, ages 11 to 26, who are struggling with mental health issues to open up and share their stories.
