Lisa Rene Hanna is a black woman relishing for the parliamentary seat in Jamaica. Born in 1975, Hanna poised her ravishing beauty unto the runway, where she enjoyed the magnifying enthusiasm in beauty pageantry. She went on to win the 1993 Miss Jamaica and 1993 Miss World beauty contest. Being crowned Miss World made Hanna to become the third Jamaican to rule the world of beauty.
The 45-year-old woman had a stint in entertainment when she starred in a 1998 romantic comedy movie ‘How Stella Got Her Groove Back’. However, with the increasing influence that Hanna has gathered in Jamaica, delving into politics wouldn’t be a bad idea for her. Sequel to this, she vied for the parliamentary seat of St. Ann South East, and consequently won the consistency. This giant stride of hers apposition Hanna to become one of the youngest women elected to the Jamaican parliament.
