Her leadership focuses on addressing the fragmentation of health information systems by developing universal health records integrated with national identification systems, thereby improving patient care and reducing inefficiencies across healthcare systems.
Under Victoria’s guidance, MedTrack has achieved significant milestones. By 2025, the platform has processed over 300,000 health records and onboarded more than 20,000 users. Collaborations with district health directorates have facilitated the deployment of MedTrack’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in 31 primary health facilities, notably reducing patient wait times and eliminating redundant procedures.
Victoria’s innovative approach has garnered international recognition. In 2024, MedTrack was selected as part of the inaugural cohort of the Timbuktoo HealthTech Accelerator, a program supporting promising health tech startups across Africa. This opportunity provided MedTrack with equity-free funding, expert mentorship, and access to a vast network of investors and partners, further propelling its mission to revolutionize healthcare delivery.
Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Victoria is a staunch advocate for women’s participation in technology and healthcare.
