Being MaryJane star Gabrielle Union is teaming up with “Jezebel” filmmaker Numa Perrier for the AGC Studios movie “The Perfect Find.” The upcoming movie is an adaptation of Tia Williams” bestseller book of the same name as reported by Deadline.
The rom-com will follow Jenna Jones (Union), a woman hopeful that her new job in beauty journalism will represent a fresh start in her life. Leigh Davenport and Perrier have adapted the story for the screen.
Stuart Ford, Glendon Palmer and Holly Shakoor Fleischer serve as executive producers.
