Faith Flourish Ude, a trained midwife and Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) lecturer from Cameroon, is changing how menstrual health is perceived and managed in Africa.
Combining her medical background with a powerful digital presence, Faith has emerged as a trusted voice in menstrual education and female health advocacy.
Her journey began in rural communities where she witnessed firsthand how misinformation and shame around menstruation created social and academic barriers for girls. Determined to make a difference, Faith began sharing accurate, accessible information on social media, quickly amassing a following across Cameroon and beyond.
Faith is also a dedicated trainer, hosting community workshops and seminars where girls learn about hygiene, menstruation, and reproductive rights. In 2025, she launched a campaign that provided free reusable menstrual kits and educational materials to schools in underserved areas—an initiative that has already impacted thousands of young girls.
