Today, Duchess International Magazine celebrates Rotarian Bolatito Adewoye, PHF, Founder and CEO of LATEETOH Events & Gift, a woman whose journey reflects the power of vision, resilience and purposeful leadership. From building a thriving enterprise to serving communities through Rotary, Adewoye has continued to create impact in ways that extend far beyond her professional achievements.
Her entrepreneurial journey through LATEETOH Events & Gift has been defined by creativity, commitment and an unwavering pursuit of excellence. Over the years, she has grown the brand into an established name in the events industry, demonstrating the discipline and vision required to build a lasting enterprise. Yet, while business has been an important part of her story, service has remained equally central to who she is.
This commitment came to the forefront during her tenure as the 40th President of the Rotary Club of Shomolu, District 9112, Lagos, during the 2024–2025 Rotary Year. With a leadership style described as calm, inclusive and strategic, she championed initiatives addressing maternal and child health, menstrual hygiene, education and environmental sustainability. Her administration supported underserved women and girls with dignity kits and sanitary supplies, improved school environments through classroom renovations and hygiene facilities, and encouraged environmental responsibility through tree-planting and awareness initiatives.
The impact of her leadership earned the Rotary Club of Shomolu the Rotary International Club Excellence Award, while Adewoye received the distinction of Paul Harris Fellow Plus (PHF+), reflecting her commitment to Rotary’s enduring philosophy of Service Above Self. For her, however, leadership has never been about titles alone. It has been about listening, bringing people together and creating opportunities for others to thrive.
Her personal philosophy, “Limitations only exist in the mind,” captures much of the spirit behind her journey. It speaks to a woman who chooses possibility over limitation and continues to approach life with courage, purpose and determination. Through entrepreneurship, leadership and community service, Adewoye has shown that the most meaningful success is one that leaves a positive mark on others.
