C.E.O of the Nigerian Women’s Trust Fund Mrs Olufunke Baruwa currently on beckoned women to take over ruling positions and make good usage of it, as this is a wake up call towards incessant complains over inequality and corrupt practices.
“You don’t sit in the comfort of your home and complain that governance is excluding women.So we are encouraging young women to participate in governance”.
And governance is not just about running for a political office, you may not run for an office, but at least, have a political ideology, something you believe in and contribute to decision-making in your community and ensure that your vote counts.
