A top leader in the Nigerian corporate world, Patricia Aderibigbe, Group Head of Human Resources at United Bank for Africa Plc. has been acknowledged as one of the Top 50 Influential & Exemplary HR Leaders.
A dynamic and well-respected leader in the industry with decades of a wealth of experience and expertise in Human Resources and strategic, operational business management and Executive Coaching, Mrs. Aderibigbe stands at the helm of affairs for UBA Group’s Human Resource function across 19 African countries and its international subsidiaries.
Prior to her present position, the top executive whose experience cuts across borders, working in 18 countries in Europe and now Nigeria, served as the Chief Operating Officer of Heirs Holdings Limited, from 1998 to 2012, she also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of ElanIT, where she played a pivotal role in its transformation.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a life member of the Institute of Directors, UK as well as has served as a member of the UK employment tribunals.
Mrs. Patricia Aderibigbe holds postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, and Law from Kingston University, UK as well as a degree in English and Literature from the University of Benin and a Master’s degree in English and Literature from the University of Ibadan.
