Her roles as a team manager, investment director, and investment banker honed her expertise in finance and human capital management. However, her heart was always rooted in Africa. Recognising the need for quality infrastructure and capacity building, she left her banking career to establish KAIZENE in 2015, a firm specialising in training, coaching, and institutional conferences.
KAIZENE, inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen (continuous improvement), focuses on empowering SMEs, women, and youth across Africa. Lynda’s vision is clear: to create a bold African elite that thrives on excellence and innovation. Her firm has become a catalyst for performance, offering tailored training programmes, leadership seminars, and conferences that address critical sectors like infrastructure, construction, and energy.
One of Lynda’s most significant contributions is her focus on women and youth empowerment.
