Fhulu Badugela is the Chief Executive Officer of MultiChoice Africa Holdings. A Multi-talented Executive who has held various roles in the company ranging from Group Chief People Officer, Operations Director for General Entertainment, and Regional Director, Southern for MultiChoice Africa.
Fhulu is well respected for being a leader that is driven by a genuine interest in people and their well-being. She is also known for coordinating multinational executive teams and delivering both people and operational excellence.
She is a proud sponsor of the MultiChoice Group Women’s Forum and has held a key role in initiating mentorship programmes to shift and empower the representation of women in leadership roles.
She holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand and is a certified Negotiator through Harvard Law School.
