Jolly Igoma is a marketing and communications strategist based in Kigali, Rwanda, with over twenty years of experience across ICT, hospitality, consulting, and multinational corporate environments. Widely recognised for her strategic thinking, brand leadership, and ability to transform organisational communication into powerful tools for visibility and impact, she has become a leading voice in African marketing and digital innovation. Her professional journey exemplifies the fusion of expertise, creativity, and purposeful influence that drives meaningful progress.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the School of Finance and Banking Rwanda, where she graduated as the best female student in her cohort, and a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, Scotland. To further enhance her leadership capacity, she completed executive certifications at Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and undertook advanced leadership training with the African Management Institute. Currently, she is consulting with Global Planners Limited, where she contributes strategic communication and professional advisory insight.

Throughout her career, Igoma has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, brand positioning, and integrated communications management. She played a key leadership role in the December 2025 launch of Rwanda’s National Digital Payment System, eKash, overseeing project implementation, media relations, and strategic communication to ensure national visibility and adoption. This initiative exemplifies her commitment to using communication as a transformative tool for societal and technological advancement.
