Her educational journey began at Wahab Folawiyo High School, Osborne Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, where she displayed early signs of brilliance and discipline. She proceeded to the University of Port Harcourt, earning a degree in Public and Private Law, and later broadened her academic scope with a degree in Computer Science from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. Her desire for intellectual growth led her to pursue a Master of Law (LL.M) from the University of Benin, establishing her as a scholar of depth and diverse expertise.
Olori Bernitha’s pursuit of education did not stop there. She expanded her academic horizons globally, obtaining a Postgraduate Degree from Valencian International University in Spain and a Master of Business Administration from the Rome Business School in Italy. Her commitment to lifelong learning is further demonstrated by her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Lagos and her ongoing Doctorate in Business Administration at the Rome Business School. These achievements not only reflect her academic discipline but also her belief in the power of knowledge as a transformative force.
Professionally, Olori Bernitha has built an impressive career grounded in over two decades of legal and administrative experience. She began her journey in the judiciary as a Registrar, a role that exposed her to the practical workings of the legal system and prepared her for the challenges ahead. Over time, she transitioned into broader sectors, holding strategic leadership roles that highlight her versatility and depth. Her work has spanned public service, development projects, oil and gas, and construction, all of which demonstrate her exceptional leadership and entrepreneurial spirit.
Her professional engagements have included serving as Project Manager for Global Peace Development in the Niger Delta region and as a Research Analyst with Ecodel Nigeria Limited before moving into executive positions. She has held directorial and partnership roles in several companies, including Obams Oil and Gas, Olori Oba Associates, Olori BM Ventures, Fotoba Nigeria Limited, and Arikon Construction Industry and Investment Company in Turkey. Through these diverse responsibilities, she has shown outstanding capacity for strategic management, innovation, and people-centered leadership.
Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Olori Bernitha is deeply invested in human development and community service. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Leadership Manpower and Management Development, an Associate Member of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Managers. Through her volunteer work with the Khloe Foundation and Women Supporting Women Group, she has facilitated numerous “heart-to-heart” sessions, offering mentorship and emotional support to women striving for balance, confidence, and empowerment.

Beginning as an Interactor and later a Rotaractor, Olori Bernitha has grown through the ranks to become one of Rotary’s vibrant leaders. As President of the Rotary Club of Revolution Lagos, she has continued to drive impactful projects focused on education, empowerment, and environmental sustainability, ensuring that Rotary’s ideals of “Service Above Self” remain a living reality in her community.
Her influence extends beyond her club to the larger Rotary District, where she has served in numerous leadership capacities, including as Lagos State Coordinator for Women in Rotary, Vice Chairman of District We-Care and Humanitarian Award Committees, and later as Chairman of Women in Rotary. She also plays a key role in Rotary International as the Lagos State Coordinator for the Rotary Action Group for Peace, where she continues to advocate for peacebuilding, social inclusion, and collaborative leadership.
